Clear processes for educational communities with diverse needs.
Let's talk about your organizationThe starting point
Teachers, students and administrative teams share information, procedures and questions every day. We work with each institution to understand those processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Understand recurring inquiries, tools and each team’s responsibilities.
Consider, for example, guidance on procedures or access to authorized institutional information.
Work on training and human review so that the solution is understandable and useful.
Implementation in context
A student’s inquiry may require information from several departments. Teachers and administrative teams also spend time finding procedures, guiding people and handling exceptions. We review these processes with the institution to understand what recurs and what needs individual attention.
The opportunity to introduce AI is assessed alongside available sources, responsibilities and process boundaries. A first pilot can focus on guidance or access to institutional information, with team review. We agree on how sources will be maintained and how clarity, response time and usefulness will be assessed before extending the scope.

Before taking the first step
No. Consulting also addresses inquiries, procedures, the flow of information and coordination between departments. Learning with AI teachers is a separate offering in the portfolio, presented through Capacitar IA.
A specific process and its owners, common questions and institutional sources that may be used. Together, we review what is current and which decisions or exceptions need human intervention.
This proposal does not assume that admissions, assessments or other academic decisions will be delegated. The initial scope is discussed with the institution; guidance and access to information do not replace the responsibilities of its teams.
The next step is a conversation
You don't need to arrive with a solution.
We can start with a good question.
