Capacitar IA · Learning and training

Understand to begin. Learn to move forward.

Learning with AI teachers to turn questions into understanding and practice.

Let's talk about Capacitar IA

The starting point

Adopting technology also means building capabilities within the team. Capacitar IA offers conversational learning that connects concepts with situations and exercises.

01

Understand the concepts

Distinguish automation, AI assistance and agents through everyday examples.

02

Connect it to work

Recognize processes, opportunities and moments that need human involvement.

03

A practical first step

We are preparing an introductory experience on getting started with AI in an organization.

Implementation in context

Learn from the team’s questions

Adopting AI requires people to understand what a tool does, when to use it and when to review its output. Capacitar IA proposes learning through conversations with AI teachers and connecting concepts with situations and exercises.

The introductory experience we are preparing starts with everyday work: recognizing repetitive tasks, distinguishing automation from AI assistance and understanding an agent’s role. The proposed learning path ends with an exercise to identify a process, define an opportunity and consider how to assess a first pilot. Its publication and terms have not yet been defined.

Questions worth discussing.

Is the introductory course available yet?

Not yet. We are preparing the content and practical exercise. Enrollment, a start date, duration and any free access have not been announced for this experience. You can tell us what your team needs to learn.

Do you need programming skills to explore these concepts?

The introductory outline is designed for managers and teams without a technical background. It uses everyday processes and examples to explain automation, AI assistance and agents.

Does training replace the assessment needed for implementation?

No. Learning helps people recognize opportunities and ask better questions. Implementing a solution requires understanding the actual process, its tools, responsibilities, information and limits.

The next step is a conversation
